    The aging population is growing very fast across the globe. with less young workers available to keep our society going. Can we afford to not utilize the old worker in todays world?
    In Peter Petersons book the Gary Dawn "by 2040 the number of americans 80 and over will more than triple-eclipsing the number of preschool children"
    It is a supply and demand issue. What do you think?
