  Hello, AlphaGnosis. What do you think of this new aquarium they placed us fish in? By the way, is it just me, or, are they making it so you can no longer see the stories you tried to comment on? I can see stories I tried to put on this new Propeller, but, can't see stories posted from others I left my comments on. IF I can no longer see the stories I commented on, I think I'll probably be taking off.<p> Your friend,<br /> Mutainia<br />PS. That's a conversation in progress. I can assure you that the idea was not to produce a text-only site. The Today's Newspickers strip will stay in place, at least for now. We hope to plug additional modules in there, including a spot to alert members to NewsQuake posts, special features and announcements, and so forth.<p>I'll ask about the magenta Message Notifier strip. Not sure what the deal is there. It was a good feature, and should certainly be retained in some way.<p>I don't know if there's currently any character limit on comments, but I can find out.   I joined your group AG, just not sure if I am going to stick around here. This reminds me too much of the AOHell comments and full of ads. The old way was not to great either. But at least it was just slow then. Now it is slow and looks and acts ugly.

  Change, again, <br />I liked the old Netscape format, so what if it was a rip off of digg dot com, it was a lnicely formatted, littlecommunity to go to spout off politics or whatever was on your mind.. Then came Propeller, some bugs, but still a good format to dialog with friend and foe. It still had that quality to draw you in to see what was going on, and to comment on it.<br />Now we get a hybrid of digg and Yahoo groups, the format has been wrecked in what looks like an attempt to isolate serious debate in little back page groups and make for cutesy front pages with plenty of room for advertisers. and multiple layers to find a little more comment with lots more room for targeted advertising,but then hey, who are we to try and fool ourselves, <br />It's all about the money.<br />I'll see if I can get used to this new format. and if I can't. I see James included a convenient &quot;delete account&quot; button.
