My life in a nutshell...impossible so I will narrow it down into a paragraph or two. I am entering the third phase of my life...the second phase (18-38) was a void. I have no good memories of anything that had happened. My first phase was my childhood and it was nothing but negativity. I am coming into my third phase and it looks pretty good actually...not as bleak as my second phase. I am a junior at Clayton State University majoring in Comm. and a minor in history (a 3.44 gpa...WOW!!) I just came back from Iraq/Kuwait in 2005 supporting the 2nd MEF and made it back alive. It looks as though I could be taking the big step in the next year or so and I am doing some traveling. I like classic rock from the late sixties to the late seventies, groups such as Led Zep, Boston, Styx, and Thin Lizzy. But my real love is Jazz...not Kenny G but the real stuff: Parker, Davis, Coltrrane, Brotzman, Vandermark, and any good Bebop. I am into Flamenco also. I like to travel and I have lived in some pretty interesting places such as: Okinawa, Guam, Kuwait, Iraq, and all over the US. You can usually find me in Savannah on my days off kicking back at Tybee Island or in the North Ga. mountains camping. I like photography, my computers, a good cigar and a good single malt scotch. But I spend most of my time with Oscar and Brittany...my two Shih-tzu's. They are just like a couple of children. They are always getting into trouble, chasing the cats, or getting into fights with each other. I have a blog that I try to keep updated but with such a busy life I can not always write in it. I write about my job and the USNR. When I can not find the time to write I put in articles that interest me. Visit it at www.theweeklyearth.blogspot.com, make comments on the stories or how I can improve my blog. There...my life in a nutshell!
