I've made peace with my parents and my Mother Earth but I still rage at the machine and the dying of the light. I have known good times and bad. As recently as five years ago I was alone, living out of my car or unwittingly finding myself in a Colorado jail. I was innocent, I swear! A former laser engineer with a degree in Physics, I now teach a science class in California, am married to a beautiful and supportive wife and on a clear day I can catch a glimpse of the ocean as I back out the driveway on my way to work. What a country!
