Do No Evil – The most interesting discovery during a visit to Jalalabad, where Osama bin Laden planted his flag in 1996, is that Al-Qaeda seems to have all but disappeared. The group is on the run, too, in Iraq, and that raises some interesting questions about how to pursue this terrorist enemy in the future. "Al-Qaeda is not a topic of conversation her
Religion – John McCain actively sought and received Parsley's endorsement in the presidential race. McCain has called Parsley "a spiritual guide," and he hasn't said whether he shares Parsley's vicious anti-Islam views.

Religion – This is what the good people of America are up against. There is not an insignificant group of madmen enabling the chief madman and his cohorts. Ignorance is a terminal blessing for them. They won't be influenced by facts. They are proud that they listen only to Limbaugh "to get the truth".

Do No Evil – The Green Zone in Iraq will soon be a place for Luxury Hotels and High Rise Office buildings if some investors get their way. With land being sold at $1000 per square meter in this zone, these people are serious. There's a catch: Somebody has to put up the Billions to protect and prepare the Zone. Do No Evil – As Congress gears up to debate the Bush administration's latest request for an additional $108 billion in war funding for Iraq and Afghanistan, Iraqis are fuming at suggestions being floated by lawmakers that Baghdad should start paying a share of the war's costs by providing cheap fuel to the U.S. military.

Do No Evil – just imagine how accommodating our government would be if they thought that the general population were just as dangerous, when provoked, as the very people they are telling us to be terrified of? I think politically speaking, the world would be a very different place.

Do No Evil – Torture, for one thing. Financial snooping, wiretapping, physical checkpoints, fingerprinting, and various other forms of ID tech-mania. And then there are the cameras - the ever present cameras. We are at the zenith of a shameful period in our brief history.
