West Point Chief seeks gender-neutral lyrics

VA e-mail: Save money, do not diagnose PTSD

Do No Evil – Two veterans advocacy groups have asked for copies of all documents relating to the VA's PTSD policies after an e-mail surfaced asking VA doctors to keep costs down by giving diagnoses of adjustment disorder instead of PTSD. Veterans diagnosed with PTSD are eligible for health benefits - Adjustment disorder does not qualify veterans for benefits.

They've apparently succeeded as on Thursday Microsoft and the OLPC Foundation announced an agreement that will make Windows XP available on XO laptops.
