I have been doing all sorts of crafts for as long as I can remember. I’ve always had a natural affinity for it. I learnt to knit, crochet and sew from a very early age. I also taught myself to do macramé while in highschool, and taught myself many new stitches in embroidery. As an adult I taught myself how to do quilling, chainmail, wirework and wirewrapping.

All this jewellery making led to beading which I thought was just stringing some beads onto thread. But then I discovered beadweaving. I learnt many sorts of different stitches in beadweaving and then found out about 3 dimensional beading. From there I was hooked.
