Dick and Sharon edit and publish the LA Progressive website. They also write articles for the weekly LA Progessive Newsletter. This married couple has a blended family of four children (Raheem, Wade, Deva, and Linnea), three children-in-law (Dan, Kelli, and Yoko), a cat named Cee and a boa named Adelaide.
Although they both have day jobs, Dick and Sharon have been progressive activists at heart for more than 30 years, each in their own way supporting progressive causes. But it wasn't until the "swiftboating" of John Kerry that Dick, himself a Vietnam Veteran, urged Sharon to join him and do precinct walking and fund raising for Kerry. Since then Dick and Sharon have worked to promote the progressive agenda in Los Angeles and its surrounding communities.
