have a scientific background, and work across the intersection of IT and health. I am old enough to have lived through several cycles of Liberal/Labor. The older I get the more disenchanted I become with right of centre ideology. Although my life is very comfortable, I dislike the way that our society has been polarised with the rich being richer and the poor poorer. I hate the way we have been taken into too many unnecessary wars. I particularly hate the way that the profit motive can be used to justify all sorts of evil, such as selling dirty coal or ripping down old growth forests.
