I was born in Salford, Manchester, England many years ago, I have travelled quite extensively to the US, France, Italy, Greece, North Africa, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and of course around the UK. AS you can guess, I love to travel. I also love to eat, especially desserts, hence my main topic is the delectable Cupcakes! I studied cake decoration and design at Salford University for four years and qualified with high credits. The course is actually three years, but I also studied for a further year to further advance my qualifications. Which I did successfully.
