Ask me how Christian Conservatives reinvented Jesus!

It began in the 60's with a core group who fought hard AGAINST Civil Rights ... - and - AGAINST Peace in Vietnam. Obviously, this is contrary to the spirit of Jesus Christ. A way was needed to reconcile the war loving bigotry that united this group.

The solution? RE-BRAND Jesus! RE-INVENT Him! After all, the REAL Jesus has a distinct air of Socialism. So using their media connections, they began promoting their war-loving bigotry as TRUE Christianity! The REINVENTED Jesus got an official blessing from prominent government leaders when Newt Gingrich merged his Revolution with this Reinvented Jesus Movement! And that's how the Morally Vacant Christian Conservative Political PAC was born!

  One day, SonOfTheMask got angry when I mentioned that you can't be a Christian and a Conservative simultaneously. Of course, my first thought was that his anger was a benchmark that validated my contention.

  I'm not suggesting that Christians should be on a upper hierarchy of existence ... say ... on par with Angels. People are much closer to animals than angels .... for sure. It's only our souls that elevate us to a hierarchical ...
