In a bizarre incident that sent shock wave across India, a 12-year old boy in Orissa's Rourkela was pushed out of a moving train for not paying Rs. 50 ($1.2) to a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE). The victim Shankar Singh has been admitted to a hospital. He is in a critical condition and already lost his leg and hand.
