Retired, 62 year old white male from an international family of Scots-Irish, German, Bermudian and Russian descent. Lived and worked on 4 of the 7 continents. 2 tours Active duty and 9 years in the Air Guard. 25 years as a Business Exec in the Telecomm arena. Had privilege to work with the Bell Labs folks that developed the Cellular Telephone System and the Internet when it was DAPRA. Built and maintained networks for the USAF, DCA and State Dept all over Europe and the mid-East. Google, RAF Croughton, RAF Menwith Hill and RAF Flyingdales to see a few. Program Director/Ops Manager and on air personality with AM/FM broadcast operation in Midwest secondary market for 10 years. I am Disabled with Relapse/Remitting MS and work part time with local Mental Health Org clients and Vets at VA hospitals as a Mental Health Tech. Know that this is the greatest nation the human race has ever seen. Politically have been left, right, Repb, Dem and now kind of in the middle as an Independent that believes in Traditional values. I'm one of those so called "Crunchy Cons". Not overly religious but after 12 years education in Roman Catholic Parochial School I still try to follow the Golden Rule the good nuns and priests beat into my thick skull.
