DeSoto’s scholarship excellence is illustrated in her three degrees from the notable East Coast institutions of Rutgers University and Temple University. Ms. DeSoto received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1991, her JD from Temple University’s School of Law in 1996, and her Master’s of Laws degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s School of Law in May of 2000.
