Hey everyone. Sage Paradox here. Some of you old schoolers might remeber awhile back when I was a bit more active before Netscape, now Propeller fairly gave my handle the boot. So here I am back under the handle of my favorite industrial band KMFDM (Im sure they wont mind). Still waiting for that lung transplant which I just got listed for. For new people I have been suffering from intertisial pulmonary fibrosis for the last 4 years now. I have surived the odds and getting pretty close to the light at the end of the tunnel (one way of another). Quick run down of myself. 35 male college graduate in business, musicain, abstract artist, martial arts (studied Koryu styles for about 8 years), fan of eastern philosphies such as zen and taosim, love sci-fi and fantasy movies and books, and over all trouble maker.

Popular Videos – A scene from "The Great Dictator" one of the most poignant films of all time, where Charlie Chaplin transcends his comic wit to deliver a powerful statement in his satire against fascism. This anti-Nazi speech by Chaplin at the film's end is one of filmdom's greatest moments.

Politics – The sensitive question of age -- one of the trickiest and most unpredictable in the political playbook -- has been touched upon only glancingly since McCain became the de facto GOP nominee. But it is certain to hover over a candidate who will be 72 by Election Day.

Religion – These koans, or parables, were translated into English from a book called the Shaseki-shu (Collection of Stone and Sand), written late in the thirteenth century by the Japanese Zen teacher Muju (the "non-dweller"), and from anecdotes of Zen monks taken from various books published in Japan around the turn of the 20th century.

Do No Evil – From the Bush takeover of Hamburg-America Line, a cover for I.G. Farben's Nazi espionage unit in the United States famous for putting the gas in gas chambers; (it was the producer of Zyklon B and other gasses used on victims of the Holocaust.) To rigging elections. It's all shamefully here.

Politics – After Barack Obama gave his big race speech in mid-March, many critics noted that the Illinois senator had thrown his own grandmother under the bus to defend his controversial pastor. Well, Wright proved over the last few days that he would not be outdone.
Religion – A bid by the Dallas-based Institute for Creation Research to train future science teachers -- focusing on creationism instead of Darwin's theory of evolution -- was flatly rejected by Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board members on Wednesday.
Movies – Rarely has a movie subtitle so capably assessed a movie's content as does "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed." There is not a shred of intelligence on display in this just released "documentary" purporting to be a careful examination of the fight over teaching creationism and evolution in America.

Do No Evil – Outrage over a recent spate of incidents spurs fresh efforts to overturn the Feres doctrine, a 1950 Supreme Court decision denying active-duty service members the right to sue over medical errors. Under the Feres doctrine, military hospitals and their staffs are immune from malpractice claims, even for the most egregious lapses.
