Leave Joe Buck Alone!, Or Why Joe Buck is Not the Baseball Anti-Christ

Sports – This week, Joe Buck got pilloried. In case you haven't been around, Buck called in to Colin Cowherd's consistently irritating radio show to talk about modern sports media and the way fans don't watch weeknight games anymore. He also admitted the one thing sports personalities should probably never admit -- he's not all that enthusiastic about baseb

Mark Shapiro Should Be Working the Phones

Sports – While the idea of the Cleveland Indians trading C.C. Sabathia before the trade deadline is far from a new one, it's probably a lot closer to becoming a reality today. Joe Maddon a Victim of Identity Theft

Sports – Now that the Rays have the best record in baseball and just swept the Red Sox this week, everybody in the world is suddenly a Rays fan. There are actually other people besides Dick Vitale showing up at Rays games on a regular basis, and they aren't there to root for the other team. It's amazing.
