Hi, my name is Mike Foster. I am the creator of livelife365.com(and livelife365.blogspot.com ), a vlog and a blog, both dedicated to healthy lifestyle, personal development, and entertainment. I created these sites so I could reach as many people as possibe, sharing with them (using videos and the written word) my nutrition and fitness tips (I have lost over 40 pounds in 6 months, and kept it off!), my self-help, motivational and inspirational programs, as well as entertain them with my music and humorous videos.
