I'm a developer and considered locally to be an expert in the investment condominium market. I entered the real estate market in 1998, with a background in marketing, and a strong determination to be the top salesman at what was then a leading $100,000,000 condominium sales company in Myrtle Beach. I did this, and eventually left to create my own preconstruction marketing agency. I've always felt that real estate sales were going to revolve around the internet, and began to build websites to promote our interests and the developments we represented. I'm in the process of redefining myself and how to best utilize the internet in the current real estate market, as well as expanding into developing homesites and properties in the North Carolina Mountains and other areas.
