  In but a brief time in power the Obama Regime has racked up an imposing record of infringing our speech, property, and electoral Civil Rights and those of our fellow Americans. Case after case cited is cited in article after articledefend . The Obama Regime has used both cooperation with "community" groups and unions like ACORN, WFP, OFA, UAW, and SEIU and interactive internet tools, some at taxpayers expense, to greatly expanded its pool of co-conspirators.
  
  We have, at least for now, protections under law; and some are enforceable by civil action, thus we are not dependent on the Regime's own Justice Department to assist us in defense of our Civil Rights.
  
  U.S. Code TITLE 42 CHAPTER 21 SUBCHAPTER I
  
  § 1985. Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights
  
  (2) Obstructing justice; intimidating party, witness, or juror
  If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire to deter, by force, intimidation, or threat, any party or witness in any court of the United States from attending such court, or from testifying to any matter pending therein, freely, fully, and truthfully, or to injure such party or witness in his person or property on account of his having so attended or testified, or to influence the verdict, presentment, or indictment of any grand or petit juror in any such court, or to injure such juror in his person or property on account of any verdict, presentment, or indictment lawfully assented to by him, or of his being or having been such juror; or if two or more persons conspire for the purpose of impeding, hindering, obstructing, or defeating, in any manner, the due course of justice in any State or Territory, with intent to deny to any citizen the equal protection of the laws, or to injure him or his property for lawfully enforcing, or attempting to enforce, the right of any person, or class of persons, to the equal protection of the laws;
  
  (3) Depriving persons of rights or privileges
  If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire or go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another, for the purpose of depriving, either directly or indirectly, any person or class of persons of the equal protection of the laws, or of equal privileges and immunities under the laws; or for the purpose of preventing or hindering the constituted authorities of any State or Territory from giving or securing to all persons within such State or Territory the equal protection of the laws; or if two or more persons conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for President or Vice President, or as a Member of Congress of the United States; or to injure any citizen in person or property on account of such support or advocacy; in any case of conspiracy set forth in this section, if one or more persons engaged therein do, or cause to be done, any act in furtherance of the object of such conspiracy, whereby another is injured in his person or property, or deprived of having and exercising any right or privilege of a citizen of the United States, the party so injured or deprived may have an action for the recovery of damages occasioned by such injury or deprivation, against any one or more of the conspirators.
  
  We must: Be aware. Beware. Use all the legal tools that we still have, perhaps not for long, to defend our Civil Rights as Americans.

  My analysis does falter for that minority of the Left that believe no more in that ideology than in any other, but do believe that feigned Leftism is their route to ever greater power and revenge. A group hinted at by your sentence:

  In some ways, Mao made Stalin look like a floundering boy scout in the lack of empathy dept.

They embrace only Mother Theresa's empathy, rejecting all else for which she stood. Mao and Maoism they embrace nearly in full, marginalizing if not truly rejecting only his worst atrocities. They believe that Mao and Maoism's principle, perhaps only, flaw was inadequate empathy.

  good article that got grounded after an 8 for and 8 against count. (i could of really racked up a good 'pacifier count' on that one. lol) ..... you must be scaring the prop lefties real bad for this to happen( which is a good thing for them yet not so good for the first amendment). they used to do this to pc25 until he complained to prop management about it. talk to him about what he said to them to get them to stop grounding his stories.

  Maybe i'm inclined to 'over kill' because they have done the same to me at times even when I was just stating a simple and obvious point.
  Yet my greatest joy is in stating the facts, with documentation, and watching them come apart at the seams as they flame the ever loving hell out of me. Now the way these prop lib pikers work is if they think they flame you hard enough and you don't respond, then you have no 'balls in the bank' and aren't worth paying attention to so every once in awhile you have to flame back.
  It is Macho in a perverse way, yet it is the way it is here.
  
  By the way, I do enjoy your posts. Keep up the good work and remember; 'Question Boldly' and in this country is about We The People not Us the Govt.

  thank you..... I had to just put that in for the hell of it.
  Some of those people we are dealing with have the economic sense of a spoiled child; give me, give me, give me, and really have no clue what goes on in the real world when it comes to paying state and fed taxes, running a business, or running a family and etc.... It is like they where shat out of their mommies ass and the world has to take care of them and bless every idiotic word and sentence they try to pass as intelligent conversation.
  I've also noticed that the vast majority of the lefty loons don't even read what the post is about and they do zero research into the topic at hand; they just up and spout off some nonsense about repukes this this and Bush did that and well .....they just regurgitate basic talking points for the politically inept of the left.
  
  I loved it when you nailed them with the personal property to govt property idea from Marx for these foolish children have no idea what Communism is really like; they think it is an intellectual exercise from a college course that is disposable rhetoric after it has been discussed. Little do they realise, that in the real world of Communism, they will become chattel of the state and everything they do and earn will become the sole property of the state.
