I am a humanitarian, believer in non-violence and respect all forms of life, especially animals.

I believe in the fundamental decency of human beings.

Politically, I am a centrist. I look at the leadership qualities, integrity, honesty and achievements of a person when I decide my vote.I never miss any vote.

I firmly believe in term limits. I consider elective office as a means of serving people, and not a career with retirement benefits and perks!

I love my country, I respect our Constitution and I respect diversity and differing viewpoints.I believe in economic and social equality among genders,

God gave us two eyes, two ears and only one mouth, which means that we should hear and see twice as much as we speak! I follow his dictum.

I respect founders of all religions, and great visionaries of our times like Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr.

  Searchbeam, You are sweet, but I am such a terribly blunt person and people get offended because I tell life, like I see it and know it. I have to learn to control my tongue. I once lived in a very small town in GA and one of the ladies born there told me that telling the truth about something was an insult. Thank-you and many Blessings to you.
