    You need to learn the value of customer service. First, stop selling faulty merchandise under the guise of "refurbished." Second, include phone contact info. Third, Quibbling over a $60 return for damaged merchandise costs you SO much more in bad publicity. I see bad reports about you all over the Web. Get a clue.
