Arizona Marriage Amendment Revived
Gay & Lesbian – A proposed amendment to the Arizona state Constitution that would ban same-sex marriage that appeared dead a week ago has suddenly been revived by GOP lawmakers. Bills that constitutionally would limit marriage to opposite-sex couples were filed earlier this year in both the House and Senate and appeared to have enough support for passage.

Do No Evil – The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan ended some years ago. In Iraq, the war ended with the fall of Saddam Hussein's government; in Afghanistan, with the fall of the Taliban government. What's been happening since is occupation and resistance to occupation.
