Greg has formal qualifications and training in Building Processes / Technologies, Marketing, Business Development and has over 15 years experience in business management, property development and strategic planning. Greg is an expert in all operational aspects of business management and has developed a core knowledge set that enabled him to transform inefficient businesses into leaner, innovative and optimal operations that are ultimately designed to yield higher than industry average returns for all stakeholders involved.
He co-founded Viva Properties with Michael Ta in 2001 and for over 7 years he has been actively involved in development and provision of affordable housing around Australia and New Zealand. Greg was the driving force behind the efficient and low cost housing design models that enabled Viva to grow from a home renovator to now one of Australia’s leading providers of affordable housing.
