I am a top fitness instructor and trainer in New York City, and also a writer, webmaster, world traveler, biker, rollerblader, ex champion boxer and polyglot (English, Spanish, Italian & Mandarin Chinese).
I am the ultimate fitness enthusiast, which is why I had to become an instructor full time. I decided that since I was at the gym so much, I might as well get paid for it. That's working out pretty well! ;)
