Jupiter Telecommunications aka J:COM is the largest cable provider in Japan. Business is run in an old-fashioned manner with door-to-door sales and quality customer service. The Japanese are slow to adopt cable TV and J:COM knows to attract those customers it must use a personal touch. Starting in March, J:COM has been offering cellphone service as a bundle with cable and broadband internet.
