June 30, 2006, 11:17 p.m.Does the phrase "vocal minority" mean anything to you?
I didn't think so.

June 30, 2006, 11:33 p.m.the my netscape isnt the same as the old homepage. I like the different channels and the daily news popup. the occasional trivia was nice too.
why take away something that everyone liked and force them to use alternatives. i wont be switching to my netscape ill be switching to comcast or msn.... which are poor substitutes but better than the current face of netscape

July 1, 2006, 9:19 a.m.Please reconsider what you have done, and bring back the old Netscape! Is this the product of big corporate cutbacks, or was it some peron's idea of "progress"? I am seriously considering switching my home page; the old Netscape had so much more information, was easier to navigate, and was just better in general.

July 1, 2006, 1:35 p.m.HATE the new homepage and "My Netscape" isn't any better.
At least offer the option of the original layout as a modifiable option for "My Netscape"!

July 10, 2006, 12:32 p.m.I hate the "new" netscape too. It's geeky and reeks of National Enquirer. When I complained, I was told that I could just submit my own news stories if I didn't like it! What a stupid suggestion!

July 13, 2006, 10:52 a.m.What did you do?????? I loved netscape, I could find anything I wanted on it, and there were always great stories. Now it sucks!!!!! I tried the My Netscape, but it was just as bad. I reminded me of the crappy internet of 10 years ago. I will check back occasionally to see if you have grown brains and switched it back, but until then goodbye!

Oct. 6, 2006, 12:29 a.m.Since we are most likely stuck with the NEW AIM version of mail, can AOL enable us to choose our netscape.net address as the default in AIM Mail for new e-mails AND Replys???!!!
It is very inconvenient to have to do this by hand each time we create e-mails on-line in AIM Mail!
Thanks.

Oct. 22, 2006, 11:26 p.m.MyNetscape was my homepage. Now even if it loads, most of the stories are weeks old - has DC really had 82 degrees every day for the past two months? Have there been NO mlb games this week [and I thought the World Series was on!]. Guess I have no choice but to find another site that will give me the news I want.
I will try again in a few weeks in hopes that somebody realizes that new isn't necessarily better.

March 6, 2007, 2:57 p.m.Well, it is a beta, but it has quite a ways to go. It needs more visual customization options, its quite bland so far. I know content will improve, but things like links to favorite sports teams, scores and standings, in depth local weather, driving directions, local TV and theater schedules, should be added.

July 20, 2007, 1:54 p.m.Please, bring back the 'old' Netscape.
Regarding writing my own articles, I would be happy to do so. I'm a professional writer and if you want to pay my $1,500.00 per hour standard fee, you can publish them for everyone.
