Aug. 23, 2006, 1:47 p.m.Apparently the "friend" isn't going to replace the Ipod that was lent to her in good faith and was naive enough to leave it out in the open. I'm surprised the parents didn't set the example and do the right thing...which is where the lawsuit comes in. When you are 14, ~$500 is still alot of money and worth going to court over....again...where are the parents??
