      It would be nice to have the opportunite to comment on the articles with a possible discussion to follow rather than just voting. News isn't just a popularity contest.

          Hmmm, snuffysmith has been around for two weeks, but all comments made prior to the one above have been erased. Is msaleem "having a bit of a problem with the comments," or is msaleem having a little problem with the concept of social bookmarking?

          I suspect it is the latter.

            The problem I find with voting on stories is that by the time they have enough votes to feature, they're OLD NEWS. Breaking news doesn't seem to get a look in?
