Word-of-mouth is fueling the latest weight loss craze, not to mention thousands of email spams. Hoodia has lots of hoopla, but little science. Experts familiar with it say hoodia tricks your brain into thinking you're full. But they acknowledge that published, scientific studies proving hoodia works long-term are sparse.

    Hoodia works, at least it does for a lot of people . 3 of my friends lost weight using it .

    I read about hoodia diet a lot and found what Oprah had to say about hoodia in the O Magazine, here is the url
