A jubilant U.S. State Department announced today that the Halliburton subsidiary of Buhn & Dogale, a small ceramic figurine manufacturing firm located in the Cayman Islands, has been granted a coveted $3.2 billion no-bid contract to construct and test North Korea's first light-water nuclear reactor. (Satire)

    When satire comes this close to being real it's pretty scary. Good work, you almost had me.

      Rumsfeld, while he was on the board of ABB, helped North Korea get nuclear technology. I wish that were satire but it's not.
