    Althought I am the CEO of ThisNext, I think this story has broad appeal beyond my self-interest because it speaks to the power of citizens to help shape retail options. Taking a web 2.0 vision of user-gen to shopping, we can imagine what a citizen-driven store would look like. Word of mouth has the potential to radically transform how marketing is done
