  I agree. There is no way that this project displays empathy with the victims of domestic violence.
  CBS News is suggesting that Simpson has already collected his millions. If that's true, I hope the victims will be able to collect some of their awarded damages.

ok now, hopefully O.J will live in peace in Fl in his house and play golf all day. Hopefully he stays out of the public view forever. he is a hall of famer and millionaire, he has nothing to prove to any body in the american public. If he feels guilt then he should deal with it on his own. Later O.J, thanks for the headlines..

  The fact that he still has "fans" like you out there is disgusting. Who cares what he did in football? As if that makes him a better human being. He was an idol of mine as a kid but I don't idolize murderers. If you don't believe he killed them try to even explain why he was photographed over 50 times in the very model of shoe that left the bloody imprints at the crime scene. A model seldom sold in the US, carried only in exclusive stores and of which only a few pair had been sold in his size. Throw out all the DNA, all of the other irrefutable evidence and you can't get around this. Evidence never presented at the criminal trial.
  OJ, you are scum. And you should be reminded of that everyday as you wake up. There is no forgiveness for the unrepentant.
  He may not have anything to prove to the public but he does owe the Browns and Goldmans a considerable sum of money. He should be treated as a pariah and ignored by decent society.

      Decent society should include the golf courses where he plays and the restaurants where he dines. Ignore him, don't refuse him play or service but treat him like the pariah he deserves to be.
      Glad you are not a fan. Had me wondering. What he did should not be forgotten. That would be a disservice to Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.

        Being found not guilty is NOT the same as being found innocent. He could be (and most likely is) as guilty as sin but the prosecution failed to convince the jury of that beyond a reasonable doubt.

    Last time I checked, there was only one righteous judge, and that is God Himself! Why so many people feel they have the "right" and "authority" to determine what should or shouldn't happen to a man who was found "not guilty," is beyond me! Everyone is entitled to believe or disbelieve his guilt or innocence, but all of this hue and cry over the man's existence is ridiculous and fruitless! He is here, for whatever reason, he has been spared, LEAVE HIM TO HEAVEN! If he is guilty and deserves to be punished, he WILL be, by someone far more capable than mere human beings! AND, if he is innocent, many of his tormentors will be punished for their false accusations and vicious actions toward him. Try chewing on that for a change.

Is this relevant mmmm I don't think so. This guy must be behind bars at least for not paying the money civil court ruled in favor of the victims.
When 3 died in an accident involving a school bus is no where to be found I am finding this bull-crap news of a murderer and fake news corporations manipulations on the front page. It is disgusting.

    OJ high-tailed it to Florida to establish homestead here because the state of Florida does not allow creditors to "reach" your homestead. And, more than likely, any assets he may have otherwise had, he could have easily put into a trust to protect them from creditors. Only that which is retained by the "settlor" of the trust is subject to collection from creditors. However, the money earned from this book, if any, *should* be subject to collection.

Murdoch now needs to dump Judith Ragan. She's as sleazy as Simpson. This whole thing was her idea. Just another cheap attempt to make a buck. Her reputation was always on the scummy side, now it's in the gutter.

  Has he been paid? If there was a contract they are obligated to pay him. Of course he will put the money in Sydney and Justin's names and spend it himself. The Florida law protecting his pension should be re-written. It was never intended to be used to protect a murderer's assets.

    Like I said in another forum, there are laws that protect companies from creditors in bankrupcy proceedings that shield their assets. Those folk chasing after OJ are no better than any other creditor and he should have the same rights afforded corporations in this situtation. Thank goodness laws aren't written to protect only the people we agree with.
    Besides, the reason there are no laws written to protect murderers assets may be because most "murderers" are in jail. OJ was found "not guilty" in his murder trial. The fact that he was still found "liable" in a civil trial is kinda shaky in my opinion. I think the bankrupcy laws are there are to protect his from total ruin.
    By the way, I think he killed Nicole. I just believe you should play games by the rules given. And OJ played the legal game and won. It's that simple. And he should continue to win as long as he is following the "rules".

      OJ will get his in the end. If there is any justice in this world and beyond, he will pay.
      Weird that you describe the civil verdict as shaky. Is that as compared to the criminal verdict? Petrocelli mopped the floor with OJ when he was on the stand in the civil trial. Read the transcripts or Petrocelli's book. And "protect him from total ruin"..that is what he should face...he was found liable in a civil court of being responsible for the deaths of two people.
      The man has cheated fate. I don't know how he sleeps at night. He remembers that night, he will never forget it nor will we let him.

  Please see my post above because OJ was NOT proven innocent. He was proven not guilty, which means that he very well may have committed the crime (and likely did) but the jury was not conviced beyond a reasonable doubt (the highest standard) by the prosecution.

    That's an interesting point...proven not guilty vs. proven innocent. I've never thought about the distinction, so thank you. Does that distinction apply to all criminals or are some innocent until proven guilty?

      Generally speaking, it applies to all. Unfortunately, the justice system is not perfect, so sometimes those who are truly innocent are proven guilty and those who are guilty are proven not guilty. Juries don't always base their decisions on just the facts presented to them. Often emotions and/or biases come into play, and it is not uncommon for the decision to be "watered-down" to be able to reach a unanimous verdict. It just takes one juror to sway a jury. That being said, beyond a reasonable doubt is a very high standard to meet. Jurors are usually instructed that if they have any doubt whatsoever that they are to find the defendent not guilty. So, if the prosecution somehow doesn't convince them or the defense manages to poke holes in the prosecution, even a defendent who is as guilty as sin can walk away.

According to Judith Regan in a media interview, she did not pay Orenthal Simpson for the book, and "did not do it for the money." I still think the book shouldn't have been done. Finally Murdock's Newscorp did something right, all asuming everyone in this story is telling the truth, and of course, most agree Simpson is not. I'm sorry to see a sleazeball like this guy back getting media attention.

never thought this would see daylight, I wonder what happened to the 3.5ml in real estate that was going to be given to him as compensation, I had heard that the families could take any money but not property in Fla. He was found innocent, but really one of the most digraceful displays of racism ever. Johny Cochran if still alive would have loved the book, the video of him hugging OJ during the reading of the verdict is to much to take

    I don't see the point here. When 70% of the people who get arrested are black, in cities where 70% of the population is black, that is not racism or racial profiling, it is the Law of Probability. Look at were the highest crime rates are - it isn't Beverly Hills, it's Watts and the projects where the majority of the population is black. More blacks than whites or Chinese or Green Indians are in prison because they commit more crimes. Should whites complain that they are being discriminated against because we aren't getting arrested enough? And why are you not including the enslaving of the Chinese to build the railroads out West? Or how whites were enslaved in Africa by OTHER WHITE PEOPLE? Because you never hear about this on TV and because it isn't shoved down your throat everyday. Use some logic and don't willingly digest and repeat whatever crap the media puts out.

      WOW! Please educate me...when were Chinese enslaved out West? I know they built a large portion of the rail system here...but this is the first time I've ever heard of them being enslaved. I know for a fact there is quite a bit of history not included in text books...but I always thought The Chinese population was relatively free to go where they wanted, when they wanted...albeit poorly compensated for their efforts and shabbily treated for being different.

        There is a whole lot more to the world and to history than what is printed in "history" books at schools. Just like the truth or the entire story about a subject is not printed in newspapers or on TV. Just because you didn't read about it in school doesn't mean it didn't happen. Anymore schools are too PC to teach what really happened and what life is really like. If your child makes worse grades than anyone else the rest of the class test scores are curved so your student "earns" a higher grade and "feels" better about him or herself. No matter that their self esteem will be shattered when they enter the real world and have no skills other than fast food. Did you not know the US Government paid people to kill the Chinese who wouldn't work on the equivalent of chain gangs?

It's about time someone came to their senses. Who in the hell still supports this killer? Whoever they are they can't be smart enough to have an income worth targeting with advertising. Additionally Judith Regan should be silenced as she is a real tramp and moral-less floozie. I think she may have been boinking Simpson. Both these useless Americans need to be put to sleep. Lets put both these idiots in their places by not supporting their useless and opportune efforts.

OJ, please leave us alone. Get a shrink if you need to talk to someone about it or just get to together with Judith Regan and you two play with knives and other objects that might help you relive and then expunge the disturbing memory. Society will not try you for what you might do to miss Regan. Come to think of it, there are a few others we might suggest you take along
