Of course this is on Palestinian land. The world court identified this problem years ago and told them to stop, they haven't. Most of the gaza is deeded legally to palestinians. This is either private palestinian lands or state lands as outlined by Israeli courts 20 or 30 years ago. This entire occupation is illegal and always has been. So will the world do anything about it? Hell no. Not against Israel. Israel is pure criminal in every activity it takes on. If they couldn't lie or steal to get what they want, they wouldn't get it.
