When people read a story like this, if they read one like this and they are overweight they think, what does that matter, I'm fat sure, but I don't feel that bad, theres lots of skinny people out there that are in worse health then me. Sure there are, but trust me, once you get past thirty your weight does matter, alot! You get to a point where you no longer maintain your weight, but start gaining, you feel tired, going for a walk is something you'll put off, "oh I'll go walking tomorrow night" "I'm going to start eating better next week, I never like to start a diet or anything on Friday" "I'm going to join a gym next month, money's short right now" Excuses are all fine and dandy, trouble is the only person you're hurting is yourself. And yes I've heard the "Its my body, why are you worrying about it, it has nothing to do with you" "If you don't like the way I look then turn away"
