Posted by: charbarred 3 years agoComscore Media Metrix conducted an analysis of the percentage of the online population that reads blogs. They covered Canada, France, Spain, the US, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy and Germany. Guess what? The US ranks fifth in terms of the percentage blog readers.

As far as $300 billion spent on education, it reminds me of the bumper sticker that asked, "What if schools had all the money they needed and the Pentagon had to hold bakesales to buy a new stealth bomber?
