          Nice article, be careful with BMI (body mass index) it can be deceiving. People with a lot of muscle have much higher BMIs.

            cut way back on the white carbs

            eat much smaller portions

            go on a juice diet for a few days and just lay around

            you will shrink your stomach and start dropping the pounds.
