Jan. 12, 2007, 10:43 a.m.Now this is an almost unbelievable step, actually. And a good one as well. It's time to take off the blinders and look around ... the evidence is all around us. Whether or not you believe humans are responsible for it, the global climate is changing. And if we want to be able to exist on this world, we'd better start working on it, responsible or not.

Jan. 12, 2007, 1:34 p.m.Is the political opposition to doing something about Global Warming about to collapse, without the industrial funding that has kept the skeptics viable, in spite of overwhelming evidence and a huge majority of climate experts? One can hope that it will.

Jan. 13, 2007, 8:46 a.m.Too bad this will all be political and science will not be investigated. Everyone seems to be just itching to get a carbon tax/exchange going to get money for pet causes. What overwhelming evidence and a huge majority of climate experts are you quoting? This is another case of "everybody knows" as but on by trial lawyers when they have no evidence.
