...you were late for an important event? Who made you late? When you were locked out of your car, who left the keys in the car? When you didn't get that promotion, girlfriend, client, or clean bill of health, who made the decisions leading up to the "point of inevitability?" Who was the only one who was there for all those moments?

    Very cool site. I learned a lot about my self in the in the first few sentences. Throwing out the negative and bring in the positive will be a hard habit to break, but one I am willing to try. Thanks for the submission yogamedition.

      That is not meditation. At least in the traditional or religious sense. I am refering to "The Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali".

      There are many schools I suppose.
