Killer's Statement Won't Lead to Charges »

A convicted murderer's statements to the FBI about the deaths of two young girls in Washington are not sufficient to bring criminal charges in the deaths, though the man remains "a viable person of interest" in the slayings, investigators said Wednesday.

    In the notice of intent to seek the death penalty, the U.S. attorney's office in Boise said Duncan confessed to killing Carmen Cubias, 9, and Sammiejo White, 11, in Washington state in 1996 and Anthony Martinez, 10, in California in 1997.

      I was watching the rescue of the girl at the denny's when that happened, and as the story unfolded, it became yet another example of America's "blind" justice.

      Blind as a frigging bat.

      This one strikes pretty close to home for me, as I live only 2 hours north of Seattle.

      What sucks is that this son of a b i t c h will probably be walking free to do the same things yet again.

          This drugged out animal, has no place in our society. we need to put him to sleep.
