Baggy pants are more suited to comedians than criminals.

Haha, I hate the baggy pants look, so this is poetic justice.

The suspect, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, was booked on warrants for armed robbery, carjacking, two counts of aggravated battery and being a child in need of supervision (for having baggy pants).

This was great. The visual of the guy with his pants around his ankles was to much.

          Thanks nativestorm

Every time I see these guys with the baggy pants, I am tempted to sneak up behind them and yank. Never have done it. Hope this produces a spike in suspender sales.

This is plot by George Bush and the DEA.,the style was forced on the young criminals, so they would be easly caught.,

As I hate this look, and like Amazing1 I am always tempted to yank...(I'd be the one who would get arrested for molesting a minor), it seems such poetic justice for such a stupid style. Those who wear their pants down so low that you can not only see their crack, but the top of their "manhood" showing deserve exactly what this doofus got.

These are the teenagers who are in desperate need of a wedgie

I think it is disgusting. I have seen the tops of underware and baggy pants for at least 10 years.

I have heard the baggy look was invented for easier shoplifting and weapon concealment.

When will they move to the next phase of the style-naked bottoms?

" The suspect, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, . . . "

                            What ? he is a child ? 16 years

What they should do is - keep his pants down, bring him to the pubic square, remove his baby diapers, cane his behind once - then will be allright, won't have to spare any detention center spaces.

Like Amazing1, I have the urge too! The urge to pull their pants up. Whenever I see a baggy panted Bandit I have to fight the urge. I can see it now...man arrested for pulling 20 pants up...They would call me the pulla-ruperer kid....LOL!!

I am surprised the Bush administration does not make it a violent of indecant exposure.

After all-how can you take people seriously who bare their underware waistline and adorn their face with hooks, nails and other unvisual objects.

Bush probablly hopes they will sign up for the military on a whim.

If recruits are up like the right says-why are they lowering the standard?
