Jan. 26, 2007, 2:36 p.m.If anything I think that having the first 4 hours on YouTube helps. If you missed the beginning episodes of 24 your pretty much lost for the season.

Jan. 26, 2007, 3:59 p.m.I don't know if Fox realizes this, but there are LOADS of shows on youtube (as well as dailymotion). Simply picking one poor guy out and making him pay for uploading one of the shows isn't going to stop the problem. It's like those record companies trying to sue people who upload songs... it's useless!

Jan. 27, 2007, 9:13 a.m.Did FOX stop and think that it had to be one of their guys that leaked the episode. How else could it have been posted if it was before the actual broadcast?

The DVD for the first four episodes was available for sale the following day after the 4-hour premiere. The DVD was probably taken from a store warehouse BEFORE the broadcast and uploaded. The DVDs are shippied in advance so they can be ready for the sale date. No Fox insider was needed.
