MonkeyRiot
Jan. 29, 2007, 11:11 p.m.It really shouldn't surprise anyone that Hillary is meeting with the labor unions. I can't find much detailed information on Hillary's economic policy yet, but I have found that she tends to want to expand many so-called "entitlement" programs.(Universal health care, Social Security, etc..) If she is consistent in this belief then it would indicate that she tends to favor a socialist economy over a capitalist economy. Said another way this is favoring government control of the economy over free market principles. This type of policy falls right in line with the Labor Unions. I anticipate that she will be one of their strongest allies if elected.
