Let's face it: Guys love their cereal. Unfortunately, not all cereals are healthy, even though they may seem like they are. Apart from the general rule that you should avoid any breakfast cereal that turns your milk a fluorescent shade, there are a few things you should know when picking one out.

    Cereals are very good to the body. They control cholesterol to some degree. But not all cereals have long time benefits to the body. We must be critical in choosing the best cereal breakfasts for our use.

      Both of those cereals are good. They are both made with whole grains. So is shredded wheat but not the one with the sugar coating added.

        I put grapenuts in my yogurt!!! I can't eat it plain anymore!lol

          i'm upset that they didn't mention cranberry almond crunch from post select.

            I make my own granola and eat a lot of oatmeal...my sugar frosted flakes days are over...:(

              I have never liked the sugar cereals.. even as a kid.. everyone thought I was crazy when we had sleep overs and I chose kellogs or raisin bran over lucky charms.. i hate those marshmallows!!

                I can remember as a kid getting the count chocula cereal, and now I think WHAT IN THE HELL WERE MY PARENTS THINKING, just the name should throw up a red flag

                  I eat Frosted Shreded Mini Wheats. . . I love them

                    The frosted part is what is NOT good for you. Try adding pieces of real fruit...even honey. Honey is more natural than plain sugar and hasn't been bleached to make it white.
