Feb. 3, 2007, 3:08 p.m.I sincerely desire that the foresight of Senator Feingold prevails in the House of Representatives. He voted against this dillusional war by Bush along with the opinions of many Americans at the time.
Now that over two thirds of Americans see this war for what it is I will be appalled if no action on this bill ensues.
Is the American electorate to be ignored again? Will the Democratic party refuse to push this issue? Regretfully seeing how our representatives have acted in the past does not bode well for this bill.
A disillusioned and Pessimistic American.

Feb. 3, 2007, 5:50 p.m.Oh my, an extinct (becoming) american who adores Bush and the never ending war in Iraq. Why, do you conservatives adore wars and your disfunction Ideology of spreading Gods word for Democracy? Why is your moral authority gods will in the world?
Is America so shallow as to think we are Gods creative group to determine ideologies within the worlds nations. Sounds to me like you have an egotistical view on the world stage.
But, your soverign, Bush is a twinkle in the eyes of most Americans now, so there is hope for civilization. Two thirds of Americans get it, you are just lagging behind a wee bit.
