Lawmakers Bring Aches, Pains to Debate »

Most members of Congress are distant from the experience of earning minimum wage or having kids in a rundown school. But when it comes to health care, they bring their own aches and pains to the table.

      What they still can not understand for the people who do not have affordable healthcare is that people are suffering & dying from lack of healthcare.

      Why can't All Americans have access to the same healthcare that the congressional leaders purchase? ($5k a year divided by 12 = $416.66 a month or $2.40 per hour of a 40 hourly wage) Atleast more people could afford to buy healthcare.

      Congress needs to address the facts that insurance companies are not covering people's pre-existing conditions as well, and that is just not right! (Insurance companies make enough profits! How much tax write off do they get?)

        Sheesh! It's time for half of them to retire. We need fresh ideas not people stuck in the "it's always been done this way" mentality!
