AT&T Can Continue Hiding Surveillance Secrets »

A federal judge in San Francisco ruled Tuesday that evidence will remain sealed in the class-action lawsuit accusing AT&T of collaborating with the government to illegally spy on Americans' communications.

      A federal judge in SF rules for doing the right thing...unbelievable....

        Of course this case being in SF means that the judges ruling will be overturned by the 9th Circus Court, an the 9th Circus Court will be overturned by the Supreme Court.
