Feb. 23, 2007, midnightThe question boils down to, Mr. & Mrs. Christian Right, whom do you serve? It is the God of grace and forgiveness, or the God of retribution?
The Pharisees of Christ's time had a favorite prayer, which they would announce aloud in the temple as oft as possible. It went:
"Oh God, thank you that I am a man, and no WOMAN!
Thank you that I am a Jew, and no HEATHEN!
And thank you that I am a Pharisee, and no SINNER!"
With each final, capitalized word, they would sneer more, spitting the hated word through clenched teeth. With each emphasized word, the emphasis on their own self righteousness and the utter degradation of the other became more obvious.
Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees.

Feb. 23, 2007, 8:35 a.m.I don't think the vaccine should be forced on people but it should be strongly encouraged. This could save a lot of suffering.

Feb. 23, 2007, 8:43 a.m.interesting issue. #1 i think that the argument for govt mandated vacinnation is weakest when it doesn't relate to communicable disease like hepatitis, rubella and mumps. i also put a lot of trust in people to practice their own freedom and do what each of them feels is best for themselves.
i also have to believe that the big pharma lobby is having a huge impact on trying to mandate vaccination.
personally, i'm against most vaccinations.
contrary to all of the alleged evidence i still do believe that there is a link between vaccinations and autism.

April 26, 2007, 10:45 p.m.Parents should be serious to take their children to get vaccinated. The vaccine experiment is based on those young
women as inital trial, who have not had sex activity and have not get HPV. The study shows it is 100 pretection against the virus. The mandatory vaccine will not casue the high sex activity but just protect them from hpv that may casue cervical cancer or genital warts.
