Four Mexican soldiers were arrested and accused of raping and murdering a 73-year-old woman in a case that has outraged Indian groups in the Gulf coast state of Veracruz.

Prosecutors said Wednesday the victim was bound, beaten and sodomized on Sunday and died at a hospital from injuries sustained in the attack.
The four soldiers - whose names and ranks were not made public - were arraigned late Tuesday in the city of Orizaba, Veracruz, on charges of rape and homicide, state Attorney General Emeterio Lopez Marquez said.

All too common with soldiers in too many countries.
Stoners - you didn't mention what they should be hung by, slowly. If allowed, that would be a most just and painful way for them to die.

Outraged, I guess so..Death would be to quick and easy of a punishment for these sick bastards..Life in a Mexican prison would be a much better punishment at the hands of, I am sure other well treated prisoners...Sarcasm intended...
