      This story has been tweaked for the US ... "Lib Dems" is not a term used in the UK. The " Dems" are the Labour party.

      On another note, art by Brit street artist gone legit " Banksy" recently sold in the US for over $300,000.

        So it's graffiti. Who gives a f uck about a few kids painting on some rich man's building.

          I think this is a great idea. Kids will have a place and method to express themselves, and they'll do it without harming anything and in a structured environment. Instead of going out and graffiti-ing some private building, they will have a public space to do it.
