Mother Caught; Confesses to Killing Child »

A city-wide manhunt came to an end early Saturday morning when a missing mother of two and her boyfriend were arrested. 19-year-old Valerie Lopez and her boyfriend Jerry Salazar were found in the I-35 and Zarzamora area. They'd been on the run since Wednesday.

Both children were found dead and buried underneath a house on West Winnipeg earlier this week. Their bodies were so badly decomposed the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office said additional tests are necessary to determine the causes of deaths. Those results are expected to be released at a later date.
